We will never sub-contract your work to any one else.  It is unethical and unthinkable for me to “dump a customer” to cheaper shop so I can make a few more
            dollars.  Once we have agreed to do business and we have received your deposit, you will not work with anyone else but us.

Deborah Housley guarantees to help choose mat colors, texture, design and frame type.  She will offer her opinion about the full work but never force you to
            choose what she likes.  It will be hanging in your home not hers and we all have a different view of decorating.  Or it will be given to friends/family that are yours not 
             hers either.

3.   MOBILE Guarantee

Deborah guarantees that I will actually pick up your artwork/photo during the consult at your home or place of business.  We will bring mat colors, designs and
            frames to you.  If we have any questions we will contact you by phone or email to clarify or share information required.  Once your piece is finished we guarantee to
           deliver it to your home or business.  We will wrap it so travel is safe.

4.  COORDINATION with other professionals

            Deborah guarantees to help coordinate with the other professionals involved in your event.  Even though we are usually at the end of the list,  when we are involved
            in the whole event process we can get a better idea of what mat design will work best when we have the image (photo).  If we are given the list of other
            professionals we will do our best to work in conjunction with them, share ideas and come up with the best project for your walls to preserve your memories where
            you can enjoy them for years to come.

5.  PROPER Attire Guarantee

            Deborah guarantees she will show up to your office in professional attire.  No jeans, or t-shirt will be worn by Deborah or anyone representing Around the Image.       We do not want to embarrass you while at your place of business.

            Deborah guarantees that you are satisfied with the final product, in relationship to the choices made during the consult.  If for any reason you are not truly happy with  the work done we will discuss a solution.   We believe in and are committed to providing excellence to our customers with total satisfaction on all products and service
